Built in 1968 and renovated in 1999, 2203 Perl Road is an attractive, well located building encompassing nearly 13,000 square feet. The building has ample parking and the property sits on approximately 1 acre and has B-3 zoning. Hunt Gunter represented the Buyer and Franklin Bell and Scott Douglas of Thalhimer represented the Seller.
Approximately half of the building is available for lease with dock height loading with quick and easy access to Interstate I-64. Chris Francoise and Doug Mallory are handling the leasing for The Wilton Companies.
