The Wilton Companies announces the pre-leasing of Wilton Park II
Wilton Park II is the new development of a two-story Class "A" office building located at Wilton Park along Dickens Road in Henrico County, Virginia. Pre-leasing is now available!
Wilton Park II will have two (2) floors available for lease! Up to 35,000 square feet available on both floors. Subdividable into any size office suite (flexible floor plans) with approximately 17,500 square foot floorplates.
Prospective tenants will have exterior signage on the directory at the main entrance to the park, outside their main entrance and interior signage at their suite door. All tenants shall have access to all parking associated with the building. Tenants will be permitted access to the building 24/7 by security key access to the building and touch panel access to their leased premises. Interior finishes will be "top-notch" and a tenant improvement or construction allowance will be available for a five-year term. Landlord will provide competitive bids and will oversee the construction work.
