For over a decade, Rochelle Toro has been involved in the management of commercial real estate properties. In 2006, Rochelle joined The Wilton Companies as an Associate Property Manager where she currently supports the management of more than 2.5 million square feet of leased commercial properties.
Additionally, her responsibilities include the management of various special projects while administering budget requirements, maintenance schedules, and meetings with vendors and contractors for various improvement projects.
Scope of Experience
Formerly, Rochelle worked for Highwoods Properties Inc., a self-administered and self-managed equity real estate investment trust as an Assistant Property Manager. Located at the Innsbrook Corporate Center, she managed the daily operations of five Owners Associations, which included Fortune 500 and 100 companies including managing of more than 1,000 developed acres, 50 acres of lakes and several miles of walking trails.
Education & Community Involvement
- Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in 2006.
- She has successfully managed several public relations campaigns for the Central Virginia Food Bank and Virginia Blood Services.
- She is currently chairperson for the Innsbrook Wellness Committee and has been involved on the forefront of the Richmond Community Church Women’s Ministry.
Personal
Rochelle lives in Ashland with her husband, Jay and her two stepsons, Weslee and Greyson. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family at the beach and encouraging others to be well.
