As an Associate Broker, Larry Agnew's sole focus is the retail sector. In 2006, he joined The Wilton Companies' Third Party Brokerage Group. Larry specializes in tenant and landlord representation, site selection and land assemblage for development.
Additionally, Larry represents local, regional and national retailers in the site selection & development of retail & commercial properties in Central Virginia including freestanding properties, in-line shopping centers, outparcels, big-box retail, suburban power centers, life-style centers, etc.

Larry Agnew is one of the top producing sales and leasing brokers in the Mid-Atlantic region. In the last five years alone, Larry has represented and negotiated more than $100 million in sales and lease transactions with local, regional and national developers and retailers.
In the 1980's, Larry joined Morton G. Thalhimer as a commercial agent eventually serving in leasing and development capacities specializing in Retail Brokerage. With Thalhimer, he was always one of the top producing transactional brokers in the Richmond Metro area.
