Alison Cary Leap is a Senior Associate with The Wilton Companies. Alison's main focus and concentration is in Retail Brokerage. Her responsibilities include the leasing and sale of retail properties including in-line leasing, outparcels, freestanding and site selection for local, regional and national retailers in the Richmond Metro area.
Since joining the firm in June 2005, she has completed numerous retail sales & leasing transactions including many completed leases in The Wilton Companies' portfolio of retail shopping centers including Beverly Hills, Lauderdale Square, John Rolfe Commons, Stratford Hills, Hanover Commons, Tuckahoe Village and Montpelier Shoppes.
Education
Alison is a graduate of Averett University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She received her Virginia Real Estate Salesperson's License in 2006.
