Chris is a true "real estate technologist" with extensive expertise using computer and Internet applications for prospecting, canvassing, marketing and transactional data management. He utilizes these many skills in marketing to and prospecting for commercial office and industrial users and representing corporate clients. His outstanding record is based on a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate market, great networking skills and dynamic technology proficiency.
Background & Scope of Experience
A Virginia native, Chris has developed his considerable experience through ten years of transactional brokerage in all aspects of commercial real estate sales, leasing, investment and development. Chris began his commercial real estate career in 1997 with Divaris Real Estate specializing in Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller Representation in the sale and leasing of retail, office & industrial properties, primarily in the Central Virginia Region. Chris grossed in excess of $10,000,000 worth of lease transactions in 1999 and 2000 transacting Richmond’s largest industrial lease deal. In 2001, Chris shifted his focus to investment sales for local and regional investors affiliating with Adams Property Associates.
In 2004, Chris joined The Wilton Companies to lease their existing portfolio of office and industrial properties and help grow their third party/tenant representation presence in the Richmond metro area. Chris has expertise with tenants, landlords and developers in the sale, lease, acquisition and development of office buildings, retail shopping centers and other commercial properties.
Chris specializes in Tenant/Buyer Representation for corporate clients in office, industrial and flex properties in the Greater Richmond Metro area including the City of Richmond and the Counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, and Hanover including the submarkets of Innsbrook, the Airport, the Central Business District (CBD), River's Bend (Chester) and Ashland. He is also an expert Landlord/Seller Representative of commercial & retail space in the Southwest Quadrant and Northwest Quadrant of Richmond and including the various submarkets of Downtown Richmond.
